Just a quick e-mail to say thank you for your service recently.
I work for Framework and a service user of mine was moving out of a womens refuge into a property last Friday 11th June. She had a lot of items to move, we booked the minibus on the Framework account and I wanted to let you know that the driver (Patrick) was fantastic, really friendly and helpful, didn’t mind waiting whilst they loaded everything in and whilst we unloaded it at the other end (which took a while!).
I’m sure you know that other taxi firms have drivers who are unwilling to wait even a few minutes and often don’t have a lot of patience, so the fact that Patrick was so friendly made a difficult task much easier.
I will be recommending Mum’s Cars to my colleagues, thank you and keep up the good work!

Thank you to Mum’s Cars for their excellent service. We used them several times while we had family visiting us from Indonesia and we all agree that their service was first class.

I’ve been recommending them to lot’s of my friends and colleagues at work and have handed out their flyers to them. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the drivers were friendly and courteous.

Next year we are hoping to go to Indonesia and we will certainly use Mum’s Cars for our journey to the Airport.

message: As a local person, i’ve just visited your website and the service you provide looks great. Unfortunately two female friends of mine have both separately been in upsetting incidents with taxi drivers- one with a driver’s inappropriate comments forcing her to get out of the taxi late at night on a main road rather than continue the journey, and another friend who was asked to “pay a driver in kind” in broad daylight. I know me and my friends are not the only ones to feel intimdated getting into a taxi alone late at night- my brother often has to be the last to be dropped off or walk part of the way home as his female friends are too scared to go in a taxi late at night alone. This service is fantastic and i will be passing on the message!

Went to Alton Towers today. The kids had a wonderfull time.  Thanks to mums for transporting us there and back safely and providing us with children seats. Very professional and friendly.

Will use you again and recommend your services, speacially those with children like myself.

Had a call today from a 19 year old who was unhappy about pervy men as taxi drivers felt unsafe.  Glad for mums cars go girl.
